Living Well Eats was born from a frustrating place.  I have been a Health and Wellness Professional for 30 years and I have seen a lot of quick weight loss programs that frustrate me.  So I decided to do something about it and Poof! Living Well Eats started to form as a program that is easy, healthy, sustainable and full of support for you.
